The app contains a Running Log where you can record all the details of your run and also offers expert advice from the physical therapists of the DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, including videos and information about shoe selection, warm-up exercises and stretching to help enhance your running performance. Run With DMC also contains helpful information from the medical experts of the DMC regarding causes, symptoms and treatments for various running injuries.

Functional, not fancy

This is a simple to use running log, nothing too fancy. It loads slowly. Would prefer annual mileage at bottom of log or at least a choice other than calories, otherwise have to add up each month one by one which is a slow process later in hie year, or email yourself a custom download. Just got new iPhone 7, now calendar doesn't have number for day/date, just slashed lines. I like that it will track shoe mileage so your alerted it's time for new pair soon

Very easy to use

I am using it to log my runs, I also created other cardio items so I can log my eliptical, stationary bike, etc. I like the ease of use and it has many informational places so I can learn more as I go, the farther I go!

Highly recommend this app for runners

This is everything I was looking for in a running log AND IT'S FREE. It does everything it says, plus there are informative articles. Easy to use and logs can be exported to e mail.
