The app contains the following subscription options:
-1 month ($9.99) with a 3-day free trial
-6 months (41.99) with a 3-day free trial
-1 year ($59.99) with a 3-day free trial
-Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
-Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
-Subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings at iTunes Store after purchase.
-No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
-Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when subscribing to a non-trial plan.

One of the best Running app out there!!
I really enjoy this app it gets your heart pumping and it is also great to train for marathons. However, I think there is room for improvement. For instance, if you miss one of the workout you cant move it to another day. I had to restart my plan twice because of that. It would be good to have a customize option in case you miss a day. Also you can’t tell how many calories you have burned if you running on a treadmill, the app just say 0 calories at the end of the work out, which makes it hard for you to track your calorie burn. It would be nice if they added an option where we can input manually the calories burn at the end of the work out

Best training tool
Best free app ever and I’m sure the premium stuff is great so when I have the $ for that you bet I’ll be looking into that but for a free app this can’t be beat. A must have app for active people of all ages and fitness. I love how easy runforfit is to use. I like how there’s so many activities to choose from. I like the map so I can try different routes to change things up a bit. I recommend this app to my family and friends.

They add meal plan section in the newly updated version. Now the app can not only track my run, but also coach me how to live a more healthy life. It helps me find the most suitable and personal exercise plan.
