Your monthly subscription is $9.99 per month, while the yearly subscription is $39.99 per year (price may vary by location.) Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

Freezes at random times

This app has always been hit or miss, but with recent updates it has become impossible to use. The last couple of times I’ve tried to use it it locks up at random points in the run. During a three minute run section yesterday I checked my watch and it had been close to five minutes. I pulled out the phone and the app had frozen at 1:40. Had to reboot phone. Restarted from the next segment, made it through a few segments and it froze again during another run. The only way to make sure it’s working is to hold the phone in my hand and check it every 10 seconds or do. Really, you can’t make a timer work?

Also, the app now just absolutely eats my battery. If my phone isn’t at 100% when I start there is no way it will make it through a 35 minute run.

Cuts out every couple minutes

Was working great now it’s cutting out every 30sec to two minutes and it won’t let me listen to my audible audiobooks while running. I’m bummed I’m going to have to cancel premium and get a different running app :(

UPDATE: Gave it one more try after developer response. Still cuts out. I always use the lock screen. I tried hiding the app to the back. It stops in the middle of the workout, the screen goes dark and I have to reopen the app and restart my workout. A huge problem when you’re running. I buy audiobooks through Audible, not Apple, and I can’t play them. When I first began using the app this wasn’t a problem. Sad as I loved this app originally. Trying out C25K and 10K runner next.

Serious problem with the trial app

I tried a free trial for three days. During my training I experienced a froze after that lost my previous data. Lost GPS contact. I tried literally everything that was possible but it didn’t work. Now I can’t download the app. I am disappointed. I wanted to go on getting the upgrade version but now it is frozen.
