About the training options included in this app:

Just Run:
Choose this option to run without coaching; just track & map your route, your time, distance, pace, calories, etc.. Great for maintaining your fitness or as a tracker and running log.

4 Weeks to 1 Mile Training Program:
Designed for beginners, this program starts out slow, mostly walking, and gradually increases the intensity until you’re running 1 mile without any breaks. Each week consists of 3 days of training, each with a warm-up & cool-down period for a total of 20 minutes each day.

8 Weeks to 5K Training Program:
Easier and more effective than other 5K programs you'll find, this program consists of running and walking intervals that gradually increase in intensity until you’re running 5km without any breaks by the end of the program. There are 3 training days per week, each lasting 30-40 minutes.

8 Weeks to 10K Training Program:
This 8 week program consists of interval workouts, tempo runs and long runs. There are 4 training days per week ranging in length from 30 to 70 minutes. It is designed for runners who can already run 3 miles.

10 Weeks to Half-Marathon Training Program:
This program is designed for runners already capable of running 3-6 miles and who are ready to move on to longer distances. Three workout days per week develop your speed, endurance and pace and will have you running a comfortable half-marathon in just 10 weeks.

16 Weeks to Marathon Training Program:
This 16 week program consists of 3-4 training days per week and is designed for runners already capable of running 6-10 miles. Coaching voice is gone with newest update.

I used this app a few years ago for running training and I really like how it would give instructions while I was running. I came back to it to get back into running and train for a race and the newest update has lost the coaching voice. I’ve checked all of the settings on my phone and headphones and it streams my selected playlist, but the only indicator for walk vs. run is that the screen changes colors. I don’t carry my phone in my hand while I run, that sort of defeats the purpose and makes running outside super dangerous when I need to keep my eyes on the terrain and watch for cars. I tried to contact via the website, but there is no option for troubleshooting provided, so I’m leaving the whole story here. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Best Running App!

I’ve been looking for a coach or somebody who can help me improve my speed and endurance for the long run but just couldn’t find one. Just scrolling through running apps and this one caught my attention. I’ve been using this for a while now and my running does improve dramatically!! The coaching here does require you pay but there is a tree trial so you can try it first. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to run by themselves but get better. The training is really helpful and motivating. It distracts you from thinking too much in the run and moreover shows you how to realize your own pace to reach your goal. 10/10

Great training so far. Could use a few updates.

I bought this app to help me train for a 10k I'm doing in September. It's a great trainer and helps me to increase my pace and run longer. What I don't like is that I don't have the option to shuffle my music on my playlist! All of my other apps I have had that option and I really think it helps. Especially when you're struggling and that certain song comes on. Also, sharing my run to Facebook is a NIGHTMARE!!! I have yet to successfully do it! When I select share, it takes me to a browser??? Normally, when I share other runs, a pop up comes up giving me an option to take a picture and then type a small message and then I hit post. This needs to be updated ASAP!

Thanks for your feedback. Our app uses the settings of the device music player, so you can definitely shuffle your music. Besides, there is an option to switch to the previous/next song on the Workout screen.
As for Facebook sharing, you should log into Facebook from Safari browser once and you will be able to easily share your runs.
