Purchased this app to help me track my push-ups in prep for a fitness examination (military). It almost became a game and I was, not thrilled, but looked forward to seeing improvements. 3 months later, completed more perfect form push-ups than I had for my fitness assessment in 10 years. It's my go-to now and I'm excited to continue to see improvement week after week.

I own the 4-pack, and each app has a very good progression which really push yourself. Also, good voice prompts, rest time and counter help you know exactly where you are in the program. I always look forward to completing the next level!
Would never have been able to reach 100 push-ups without this app to keep challenging me. I am currently at 96. Starts off sounding an impossible target however the app helps you stay on schedule. Well done developers
