I love this app!
I was skeptical about the app, but as a fan of the Runtastic app, I thought I had nothing to lose trying this one out. I started at level 3 because I felt I had the stamina to withstand it. I'm on day 15 and the results are awesome. I am already lean so I think that helps but I didn't really think I'd see so much definition. Especially this early into the training. I was really stoked to see that I could continue through the app after the initial time period of the first round exercises. You can create your own workouts, with preferred target areas! I can't praise this app enough!

You want abs right? Or at least you think you do. This app will separate the committed from the feeble minded. If you get past the first level, well done. Results are eminent, but the grind is real. The videos and fun and you don't need much to do it, just your body.
Really cool. Pro version works great and is what you want to get if you're serious as the free version is extremely limited and has adsin between workouts.
Im writing this to get the attention of the developers
I'm giving one star to get the attention of the developers on this because I want to see two changes:
1. Fix the issue where the volume on my music is automatically lowered and kept there while the app is running. The workaround is to close the training in the middle of the exercise and cancel that action which brings the volume back up.
2. Give me a the ability to create my own training plan over the 75 day period where I can choose the exercise, reps and rest interval. The custom workouts don't count toward the training plan.
