Sacramento City 311 handles all City municipal service requests that are not police and fire related. This application allows the user to make service requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We are committed to customer service and look forward to hearing from you.
What's New in Version 3.4.2
Updated back end integration to include mobile version support, updated listed version number, recycle reminders, links, enhanced address parsing, and included multiple bug fixes.
Updated to support OSC integration, home screen update functionality, removed in-app recycle reminders, added home number vs cell attribute, and various updates to text elements.
Sac city, do you even use 311?
When you call 311, you have to call a few times until the call agrees to be dialed. On the app, you submit a request but only to get told that itcan't go through. What's next? Well, they say send an email. Yes, emails are reliable. Let me just stop calling 311, stop using the app, and write emails for everything. Are you guys hiring for app developers? I'm not one but seems like I can do a better job. Maybe go for Mayor next.
The app lacks functionality. You cant even submit the traffic complaint. If you submit the street lighting complaint says there's an error. If you do get it to take your issue never addressed.
May revise, but for now
Stupid app from a stupid bureaucracy. I WISH we could choose from private garbage collection firms.
