• View ID Cards: Pull up your proof of insurance in just a few clicks by logging in to the app. Note that ID cards displayed in the app are not valid proof of insurance in all states, you should still keep your printed ID card in your vehicle.

• Pay Your Bill: Check your balance, make a payment, register for automatic payments and more.

• Review or Update a Policy: View policy documents, add/delete drivers, update your auto or home loan provider and more.

• Click to Call: Easily contact the Claims Center for home and other non-auto claims, call your independent agent or get Roadside Assistance.

No fingerprint support; doesn’t remember password

Imagine this, I’m in an accident, want to use this app, which I haven’t logged into in ages... just emailed I want the app the most, I’ve forgotten my password... I’m trying to talk to people, the app won’t work, gotta call people... or I want to check my policy... or... but the app doesn’t remember my password.

The way banks handle this is they let you create a read/only account, and/or use iPhone’s fingerprint reader. No risk to anyone, and now I don’t have to remember a password. Now I *use* the app. I create aggressive passwords that protect me. The only risk is when phone is lost or stolen... but with 10 tried wrong passwords, phone erases itself or I can remotely erase manually, if my phone was stolen.

Alternatively, you’ve incentivized me to pick weak, easy to remember passwords in order to use your app, which means I don’t use the app.

Every major bank has a solution to this. You should also.

Terrible "App"

This app should actually be banned for violating terms of the App Store Guidelines, specifically section 4 Design, subsection 4.2 Minimum Functionality:

"Your app should include features, content, and UI that elevate it beyond a repackaged website. If your app is not particularly useful, unique, or “app-like,” it doesn’t belong on the App Store. If your App doesn't provide some sort of lasting entertainment value, or is just plain creepy, it may not be accepted."

I just actually got stuck on a webpage within this app and couldn't even get back without force quitting it. Please remove this embarrassment, Apple.

I downloaded, poked around, and uninstalled immediately. Then I went back and downloaded it again just so I could leave this review.

This is not an app anymore than watching the movie is a suitable replacement for your book report. It just redirects you to the website, where you still sign in and everything is formatted and optimized for desktop computing. It doesn’t translate well for mobile. It crashes, dead-ends, and basically all roads lead you back to a phone call to your agent.
