Excellent Software with lots of features
We have been using Salesbinder for about a month now and will have close to 50 users once training is completed. We are a contractor that services cell sites all over California and Nevada and our technicians are our customers. We use Salesbinder as a method of tracking repair parts and the cost for billing out the service calls.
It works very well and is very user friendly. We have a total of 7 warehouse locations and also use the location function for truck inventory. Thank you for a very good software!
We use this app for our automotive tire inventory. Works great for us. Once it gets updated to where you can do everything on the app that you do on desktop it will be 5 star for sure!
I use SalesBinder platform for tracking inventory of my growing vintage lifestyle company, Starlite Vintiqs. The web based SAAS definitely meets all my needs and the monthly fee fits within my budget. I am happy with the SAAS for the most part and the customer service is wonderful and responsive.
However, the app in its current form is just a reference app that you can look up information only. The app needs the functionality to add inventory in real time and edit inventory as well. It would be great if we could upload pictures from our device to the app as well. There are some great features SalesBinder has on the website that would be so helpful if they transitioned those features to the app.
