Does what it says on the tin!
This is a great tool for a podcaster or some other application where you might need a soundboard. A wishlist is to get quantized samples (I'm a musician) and to have destructive trimming, e.g. when you trim the sample it allows you to export the trimmed sound instead of the intact sound underneath. But those are also on the wishlist of the dev, apparently, who is very fast and informative in his responses to inquiries! Tell all your friends to grab this little guy up.

This is a perfunctory sampler. AudioCopy functionality & trim/reverse are huge bonuses, despite the $5 price tag. The app is intuitive enough with a clean, minimal UI. Mind you, it doesn’t feature a sequencer, so it’s not much of a drum machine. Personally, I have hardware for that. It is rather convenient to be able to load up on samples— fills and effects and what have you— and trigger them easily. MIDI input would take this to five-star territory. For what it’s worth, I can dig it.

This app is perfectly designed for professional live performance. Elegant interface, works flawlessly every time. Easy to load my own professional samples for performance use - unlike all the "toy" programs that seem to flood the iTunes Store these days. It's a pro-level app, at a super reasonable price. Try it...it's head-and-shoulders above anything else out there.
