Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements
I live in the city, where you'd think might be the best location for using this app, but the service is terrible.
I placed my first order and after waiting around for an hour they told me my order was cancelled due to technical difficulties. They gave me $10 credit to try the service again..
The next order I waited 35 minutes before someone from Saucey started texting me saying I wasn't answering my phone and was saying they were outside my house but they had the wrong address and I hadn't missed any calls. I guess it wasn't my order but I don't know how they got my cell number then.
I got that cleared up and then 5 minutes later I got another text saying they were experiencing technical difficulties.
An hour after that my delivery finally showed up.
I received no credit for that terrible service so I'm not likely to want to try it again.
If it's completely unreliable and takes 2 hours for delivery then there's no point to even try. Spare yourself the trouble and don't even bother downloading this app.
Thirty minutes from sign up to drinks up. Customer service called about changing the chips, which was nice. And the app notifies you every step of the way.
Only draw back is the $4 delivery fee, combined with what felt like a "double-dip" tip scenario. The driver arrives and you feel obligated to tip, once the driver leaves the app notifies conclusion of the transaction, and proceeds to ask if you would like to tip the driver on your credit card. Not sure if there is a rating system for the customer on their end, but it's something to take note of.
First time I ordered, no problem. Second time, it took over two hours and when I called the first time I was told I would receive a $10 credit. Called again and this time was told I would receive a $15 credit. Did I receive any credit? No. Did I call about it? Yes. Tried placing an order yesterday and it said there was a hold on my account due to suspicious activity and to call customer service. I did and was told I would get a call back in a couple of minutes. After 2 hours called them four times and they never answered. Who needs to deal with such terrible service?
