[About ScanSnap Connect Application]
This application easily allows your iPad, iPhone or iPad touch to handle images scanned with the personal document scanner “ScanSnap”.
[What you need]
To use ScanSnap Connect Application, you need to have Wi-Fi connection (except for iX100) and the following devices.
・When using ScanSnap iX series
ScanSnap (computer is required for initial setup only)
・When using ScanSnap S1x00 series or SV600
ScanSnap and a computer with the following software installed:
ScanSnap Manager* (Windows/Mac OS)
ScanSnap Organizer* (Windows/Mac OS)
Note: Update to the latest version with which your connected ScanSnap can operate.
To use ScanSnap Sync option (iX100 series, SV600, or S1300i/S1100i), you need to have an account for either of the following cloud services:
[Main features of ScanSnap Connect Application]
-Receive and view PDF/JPEG images scanned with ScanSnap in a seamless manner.
-Receive ready-to-use files already corrected with various features (automatic paper size detection/auto color detection/blank page removal/deskew).
-Receive and view images from ScanSnap Organizer.
-Utilize image data without concerning which device was used for scan because the image data is automatically synced with ScanSnap Connect Application and ScanSnap Organizer (available on iX series, SV600, and S1300i/S1100i).
-View images offline.
-Use images in "Mail", "Print", "Photos" or an application that supports PDF/JPEG on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.

-For details how to set up / use this application, select the [i] icon at lower left corner of the screen after you start up the application, then refer to [Help].
-For details about using ScanSnap iX series and related applications in the computer, refer to the Basic Operation Guide, Advanced Operation Guide or Help bundled with ScanSnap.
-iPad series (iPad2 or later)
-iPhone series (4s or later)
-iPod touch series (5th generation or later)
* iOS 7.0 or later is required.

Does not work with iOS 11
Just upgraded to iOS11 and have been experiencing issues with connectivity. The connection to the scanner keeps dropping every few seconds and the app also crashes frequently. Hopefully there’s a fix soon!
Poor, Poor App
This app no longer works!!! Please, PLEASE fix the app so that it works on iOS 11. Your update fix for iOS 11 from one month ago, did nothing to fix the connection trouble. Please fix the app.
It works, but...
App is pretty pitiful but does scan and upload reliably for me.
Would like to see ScanSnap Sync support for the Files app. Currently requires authentication directly with cloud storage provider.. and only GDrive or Dropbox.
