Comprehensive and responsive


Very complete service that is able to handle all the scheduling needs of the client centered small business-and more! Web setup is super easy. App is intuitive and user-friendly. Excellent and responsive customer service-they are great to work with you.

Love the easiness of the app


We use schedule anyone for both of our salons. We utilize the scheduling, clocking in, payroll, reporting, inventory, gift card feature and much more. We are very happy with it!

Having used other scheduling Apps. This by far needs the most help. I dislike that I am always asked to sync my contact with the App everytime I log in. Sometimes the App doesn't allow me to make changes within the "backoffice". I hate that I always have to ask the carrier that my customer's use just so they can recieve text alerts. I can't see my coworker's schedules to know when we have a shared client. There should be an area for reception or myself to indicate if the appointment has been confirmed or not. Rather than strickly relying on email and text confirmation. Needs to have the ability to change colors to know if messages were left, something was confirmed, not confirmed or Unable to leave message. So its easily comunicated with my staff. Inventory managment options are extremely disappointing. Finally there was also an incident where an extra percentage taken from total sales. Which was only explained as "unsure" and "other business wanted to finagle an extra percentage from their employees". I dont recommend this app to businesses looking for a new platform.
