- Bug Fixes
Absolutely horrible. I don't know which is worse the app or their customer service practices. This app will be deleted as soon as I'm done here. There are to many choices out there to even consider Schwans a legitimate company anymore. Beware of the delivery fees when the drives stop regardless if you make an order or not. However, if you enjoy over priced frozen food than go for it, but don't say I didn't warn you.
These people are idiots, it used to be we could change delivery times through the app because of work schedule changes. NOT NOW, you have to call brain dead people to change it after waiting for 5 minutes or more on the phone. These people have set my delivery every time but when I wanted. Still not right after 3 times. The driver used to be able to do it but not now!
App needs work, shopping cart does NOT empty after ordering. When you respond to email specials, and order items, it adds previous order items to new order. Tried to explain this to "customer service", but their response was that I didn't know how to place an order correctly.
