The Schwinn Trainer™ app is designed for your Model Year 17 Bluetooth® enabled Schwinn cardio products and is a great tool to help on your fitness journey as you watch the calories melt away. The Schwinn Trainer™ app also supports Apple Health. The Health app lets you keep all your fitness and health information in one easy to read dashboard. Now you can seamlessly sync all your workouts with Health and see your calories burned, workout data, and HR data in the Health dashboard.

I like the app while it’s working. It gets to a certain number of workouts and it stops syncing. You can “forget device” and download all of your workouts including the last one. Not sure how long you can do that because I got tired of doing so, deleted everything, and started over. Noticed the time is wrong in the app. It’s about 20 minutes fast. Might be a clue but support never found a solution.

Can’t send an email through the app. I’ve deleted the Mail app and it will stay deleted. Is there another way? Also, I don’t have the step-by-step instructions for starting over any more. The wife is now in that same predicament.

Hello again crab25241! Our apps use the default email app on your phone or tablet to send information to us. I would recommend sending us app support requests directly from within the app so we have as much info as possible. With that in mind, I would recommend sorting out the email app situation on your phone or tablet first if at all possible.

If you're stuck there, though, you can also email our app people directly at APPSUPPORT@NAUTILUS.COM using a computer or such. When doing so, I'd make sure to include information on your machine, app, phone/tablet, and as much other information on the issues as possible. - Clayton, Bowflex Team

App worked once. Now won’t pair with my 270 console. Deleted user and started from scratch but still get same message “There was an issue connecting to your Schwinn equipment”. App does find the equipment but won’t pair. Also get message “Equipment is in use”. I give up. Edit: Well today I got a screen for entering my user number, which I entered as “1”. Data now appears on my app screen. Will post whether or not I’m successful with data transfer to app.
Developer responded promptly to my support request with instructions on pairing and syncing app to Schwinn 270. I did get it successfully paired and synced. Appreciated developer’s response and have upgraded my rating.

Hello! Sorry about any difficulty saving and viewing your workout data with our app. If you continue to have trouble syncing, I would recommend unplugging your 270 for a minute, plugging it back in, "waking" the machine and getting it to the startup/welcome screen, and then trying to sync again.

Good while it worked

App worked fine with my new Schwinn bike for a couple months. Nothing fancy but good info and no problems. Stopped syncing over a month ago for no reason. I tried forgetting device, but then the app couldn’t find it. I deleted and downloaded app again; still can’t find the bike even though I’m sitting on it. Really frustrating. Don’t recommend.

Edit: after a lot of effort, now working again, so up to 4 stars from 2. Hopefully that won’t be a regular thing...
