Lousy, Can't log in or get latest issues

Doesn't reflect my subscription for the last few issues so I tried to log out to see if it would reset the app content, now I can't log in to the app. Keeps telling me they are having technical difficulty and to try again later only to have the same message again and again for several weeks now. Very frustrating. This is not he first time either that I've had trouble. This app seems to have some serious issues updating and syncing content. Over two months I have sent several emails and place calls to support. None of my emails were ever replied to. The only time time a received an email was after I had spent a considerable amount of time with support. They then emailed saying they had reset my account and to reply if there were any issues. I had the same issue as before and replied to their email and again no response. -- Update....Today I decided to try changing my password through the main webpage (which I have had no difficulty logging in to) and then deleted and reinstalled the app and logged in with the new password. This worked! Amazingly I had to figure out this simple solution on my own. In the end it took over three months to resolve this problem and all my emails were ignored.

Love it !!

Finally, some useful and interesting articles to read online :) instead of browsing brainlessly through my newsfeed, I can now learn all about the mind with just a few clicks and swipes .. A wealth of information is right at my fingertips and I couldn't be happier :)

Great magazine!

I have subscribed to the print edition for many years. The digital edition is great because you can change the font size. Wonderful for older eyes. Same terrific content. Now I can go back to reading it cover to cover.
