Disappointing - but has potential

The free app only has three working tools. The $4.99 upgrade purchase gives you 6 more. Each tool has at least 2 different readings. The weather tool gives you a few local weather numbers and the weather on Mars. The current local weather takes a long time to load. The nodes mentioned in the description are additional instrument readings that, in order to work, require you to buy a separate $125 device. This tool, in turn, needs other parts (around $25 to $100 each) plus another $10 each for the software, in order to function. That's a lot of money for a, say, infrared thermometer that cost $20 at a hardware store. The app has potential, it's not there yet.

Bit of a come on

I'm not fond of apps that charge one price for the app and another to add functionality. What are you, Microsoft?

That said, it's a fun little app. It is a little annoying that you again have hardware addons- I wish that had been a little clearer on the app page.

Quite disappointing :(

This app has potential, but there are barely any features in the free version. Basically, you get a tricorder sound and you can see if your phone is facing up or down. Don't bother downloading this app until it actually has something neat to offer. Sadface :(
