Customer Reviews

Actually pretty good

2018 Lexus NX F Sport

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. It’s a free navigation app that’s pretty decent. It works just like a normal navigation system with turn by turn directions and even redirects you when you miss an exit (I missed an exit driving home today)

Here are some tips:
1. Connect phone to car via USB, this allows for the car to pull up a map for you to follow in real time. (I like that it also always keeps my phone fully charged)
2. Pre choose your destinations on your phone so that you don’t have to search for it using your cars screen.
3. When the Enform app crashes and exits you out of your navi, simply open up your Enform app again and it’ll resume your trip guidance.

Sure some of this may seem inconvenient but again it’s free. It acts like an actual Navi using your cars screen without having to spend the extra money purchasing a car with the Navi package included.

Great idea, poor execution

This app has the idea of what a user needs. It supposed to give you gps for your entune plus system. Having said that, they way the built this app is awful. Let me start that what you get on your display isn’t a real gps map driving system, but a list of turn by turn directions. It’s ok if you are absolutely not interesting in seeing a moving map, and only like to be told where to go. Even that is bad as it lacks a lot of information in their database to begin with. Anyway, the fault of this app is not just with the developer but also with the absolute worst system that Toyota has, which is entune. That is the real culprit overall and the main reason this app is terrible. Better use something else.

Good program missing things though

This is a great program but has some flaws
1. You have to keep it open on the screen to use the overhead view should be able to run in the background because now your phone is useless if you want the moving map
2. Doesn't allow you to pin point a spot on map like if you pull into a unknown area you can't tell it to mark this spot here and call it something so you can return later
3. Also need ability to let it know the road is not available so can reroute.
4. And need more categories in the near by menu like airports, parks and other things
5. Also ability to say “take only highways” or “take only backroads” on this trip or quickest way or shortest time or shortest way
6. Where is the speed limit on each road. I don’t use it because my Garmin tells me the speed also to help avoid a ticket

There are a few more but will state them later
