Love the game BUT..........
Love the game and play daily. Would have given five stars, However I spend a lot of money on power ups and feel they should have better deals. Also When I buy tokens to play, the free ones u get every 10 minutes don't start accumulating again until u use all the ones I bought. Not really a fair deal if u ask me. I know they can tell how much u spend because they upgraded my game for free to the no advertising and new coins in 10 minutes instead of twenty. But I Continue to spend and get nothing. Maybe time to save my money for an app that is more appreciative !
Fun and good customer support
I was surprised that I had some tournament tickets refunded when I contacted customer support through the app and they replaced them. Did it that day along with responding to my complaint about the freezing during tournaments that led to the ticket loss. Their advice helped my problem too. I usually make sure other apps on my phone are closed if possible. That seems to help.
Old VersionScramble with Friends was better!
Old version five stars, updated with new name two stars... This new version is fun when it works, but it gets stuck a lot AND doesn't look as good. I've had to delete and reload 3x!
