Level 18 is way too hard
The game manages to achieve a balance between easy and hard where it's pleasantly challenging up until level 18, which for the life of me I cannot beat. It's difficult to the point that it's just plain unfair. Good, addictive, cute little game, but this level has made it impossible for me to continue enjoying Scrappy Cat. Which is too bad because I really wanted to see the end.
Also, it'd be a good idea to explain to the player how to access each level, because at first, I thought the game was deleting my progress through what I thought was one really long first level. True, that's an embarrassing mistake on my part, but then again, I'm accustomed to games showing me how to access their levels.
Thirdly, I had difficulty with the controls. When you make Scrappy Cat slide down the wall, you can't make him/her stick to the position you want him/her in -- the only option you have is to jump. This doesn't add to the difficulty of the game as much as it takes away from its playability.
Ads.
I REALLY like this game. It is very challenging and keeps me occupied when I am bored. The one thing I dislike is the ad system, and I mean I hate it with a PASSION. Once you've run out of lives, you have to watch ads to get lives back. Once you've watched the ad, you only get 3 hearts back. 3. Why can't you just fill the whole health bar? This is very annoying, and makes me really angry on the hard levels. Please do not get this app if you have anger issues and/or waiting every 30 or-so seconds to watch MORE ads in return.
Loved it
I was so addicted to this game I played it through the night. Level 18 is really hard but I tried it so much that I got through it. I wish that the ending was more exciting, but none the less it was a great game. Hope there is a sequel or something 😁
