Great Idea serios problems with App
I bought this app... I hope they make serious improvements ASAP! It is a great concept but you can't scale the photo to it's correct size so it's just zoomed into an area of the photo.. And there is also not a "home" button so you can't go back to the main screen.. You have to completely close the app then go back in. :/ I want a refund
Exactly what I wanted!
Perfect for crossing off items on grocery lists, to-do lists, etc. This is a clean, cut-and-dry, easy-to-use app. No extra nonsense. SOO happy!! The lined paper feature is pretty cool, too.
Love this app
I use this app cause of the highlight function. Been using this app at work to quickly take pics of work orders then highlight the areas that are issues/questions, then send it to the supervisor since our schedules are opposite. Great timesaver, no need for phone calls.
Update Feb 5 2015:
I still use this app almost everyday. Other uses since the last review:
1. Taking pics of chalkboards/lecture notes and color coding for priority.
2. Quickly laying out interior design concepts.
3. Taking a picture of numerous items and placing text on each item so as to identify each item.
4. Taking a picture of the job load at work. For example, I'll take a picture of an entire room standing back by the door, and then I will colorcode each area, send to my supervisor for priority.
5. Same as above, but with text on specific items.
There are other apps out there that let you do text, but not highlight, or vice versa. Notability is really cool but not everybody has that nor does it export to photos (at least in the version I have).
The interface seems obvious and easy to me. It's best to think of the S at the bottom left corner as to where all the functions are. To undo,, just shake the phone, or hit the S, then then the backward arrow. The check symbol is for New, Delete, or Home. That's not exactly an intuitive symbol but I'm use to it. The forward arrow is for saving it to photos or other.
Use 2 fingers for zooming in. One finger will start to draw.
