Help! Love stickers, but having trouble.

I'm not able to actually use any stickers. Aren't there stickers that are at least free to start with, and then additional ones to buy? I really like these, I can't get any at all. I'll come back and give you five stars and share with friends, if you can fix this! Thanks!

I'm in a bit of a mix

I'm stuck and don't know what to do. I know these are only stickers, and they have no application, but I'm not sure how to send one of these stickers to a iPhone 6s running iOS 10.2.1
From a iPad mini 2 running iOS 10.3.1. Plz help ( I'm only giving four stars right now because I'm confused)

Thank you for the review, I am happy to help you out on this as best I can.

I tested this on multiple devices and was able to recreate your issue. If you click on the iMessage app icon triangle and the app does't show, click the "+" symbol, click on "manage" and then turn on "Automatically Add-Apps" or select Sea Life and turn it on.
