Worst app ever...

My eleven years old cousin could do a better app.

Worthless

I so seriously regret buying the Seagate BA product. It has been nothing short of time consuming, frustrating, clunky, slow, dysfunctional and a joke. This iphone app is no different. How did Apple allow this into the App store? Are there no standards? Trying to contact the support for this App led to the same clunky website offering a troubleshooting page that returned no article and then asked if that helped solve the problem. Lol!! The app keeps saying that my password is incorrect but the web interface to global access takes it just fine. Tappin confuses the situation greatly which is so very much on par for Seagate using a patchwork of third party access to facilitate global access instead of having their own, simple, efficient application. They take the crappy easy way out as usual. I want my money back for the NAS110!!!!

Not useful and buggy

I wanted to transfer photos from my phone to the Seagate NAS. To do this you first have to copy photos from your native photo location another directory on your phone using the app. It seems you cannot select multiple photos when doing this and it locks up with each photo using my iPhone 6. From there you can select multiple photos to transfer to the NAS.

Though in the end it was possible to transfer a photo, it was cumbersome, and if you wanted to clear up space on your phone you will need to go back to photos and delete the photos you transferred.
