SeamlessMD is an application designed with your healthcare provider. Our program is a step-by-step guide on how to take care of yourself before and after your procedure. You will get daily real-time health reminders. Use the to-do list to prepare for your procedure. Visit the Library to explore health topics. After your procedure, answer a few health questions in the daily Health Check. Based on your answers, we will give you custom advice on how to take care of yourself. Good luck on your health journey!

Usefulness post CABG
Very helpful program in answering questions regarding care after major surgery. Gives good advice regarding activity, diet, and what to expect. I also found it useful in providing reassurance that what I experienced in the first few weeks was normal considering the surgery I went through. The most difficult part of recovery is accepting the fact that it just takes time.
Colonoscopy
My husband and I read the information about the procedure together. We both felt relieved to know in detail how our back-to-back colonoscopy procedures would take place.
