Super easy and fast app
I am a Shop Your Way Member and also a Sears Employee. I use the app as a member to quickly find the stuff I need and make my purchases either using points or my stored credit card. I also use the app to load Shop Your Way coupons to my account to save $ on top of the points. My favorite feature is the "In-Vehicle Pickup" option where I just drive up & use the app to tell the store I am there, and they bring my purchase right out to my car. Yesterday they came out to my car in under 2 minutes with my tools purchase, and only one time did they ever go over the 5 minute promise (they apologized & gave me points to use on my next purchase). Great app, great service!
I ordered air conditioners on the 17th. They said they would be available for store pick up on the 27th. Kept checking on it and the app told me everything was going as scheduled. The 27th got here, my order still said processing but I never got a call or email. I called and cus service told me I'd be contacted within 72 hours to open a case. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then came back on with no supervisor and told me that the store was unloading the truck and my AC's were on it. Needless to say my order is still processing and I never got my AC's. Customer service is a joke! When you call the automated service still tells me my order in on schedule to be picked up on the 27th. God forbid you want to talk to a live person. You have to convince the automated service it can't help you. Dissatisfied with the entire experience!!!
Useful but slow and glitchy
I love the app for what it allows you to find and all the sister companies you can purchase from. But the app itself shuts down often (no other apps on my iPhone do this) and it shows things as delivered but when I call customer support they tell me otherwise. If it were running properly and had accurate information I would have given it 4 stars. It also doesn't show items from other retailers in order of $ (lowest - highest) so you have to scroll through tons of the same items to find the best price. Should all these things be adjusted i would give it 5 stars.
