Poor app design and misleading ticket sales policy
Poorly designed app and misleading ticket sales policies.
They say they won't let you sell tickets on their platform unless you have the tickets in hand to upload but at the same time will let you buy tickets that don't exist yet.
I purchased tickets for a gift thinking delivery would be instant and they said it would take over a month to deliver them because they weren't in the hands of the seller yet. They wouldn't give a refund or let me sell the tickets back in their system (because I didn't have the tickets in hand)
Their integration with ApplePay is so sensitive that if you accidentally bump your home button on the pay page, tickets will be bought without any confirmation screen asking if you're sure you meant to purchase.
Would not recommend using their service or app.
The only way to buy tickets!
I love the ease of using the app, locating seats in each event and the rating system to know if the deal is a good one. Also,
having the ability to resell your tickets in the event you can't go is another fabulous tool. I only buy through Seat Geek now
Super cheap prices for good seats
