Very disappointed that the app will not notify you of an incoming text unless you are logged in. This is a very disappointing feature if you're trying to communicate with doctors or team members and expecting them to login to check their messages. That likely won't happen. And reduces the likely HIPAA compliance with the app.

Also needs the ability for touch/finger print login. Too cumbersome to type in your login information each time you need to check you messages. It's difficult enough to get doctors to use a new product but nearly impossible if it's not user friendly.

Has potential to be a great solution but not in its current form.

Ever since I have 2 separate facilities using PCC it requires setting up 2 separate accounts with secure conversation. I only receive alert about new conversations from only one facility. If I want to check if the other facility send any messages I have to periodically sign in.... and yes Touch ID to access would be great asset plus it feels sign on stays active for less than 3 minutes. Very cumbersome to continue communications that way.

Notifications and touch unlock fix please

Please spend some time updating this application to make it beneficial. As of now, the inconsistency of notifications and not being able to use the Touch ID to unlock makes this app more of a burden than a tool.
