Needs serious improvements
The last time this app was updated was a year ago. Now it hasn’t worked at all in over a week for me. Seems to be the same for others. I don’t always receive the paper bill in the mail so this is the only way I see how much my bill is because the website doesn’t work for me either. You would think in a town continually developing with new and young minds that they would be able to keep an app or at least a website up to date.

Hasn’t worked in over a week
This app hasn’t worked in over a week and I can’t even log in! This is really inconvenient for me because I can’t pay or see my bill ! It won’t let you log in because as soon as you open the app it’s just the spinning wheel and then it will say connection error try again later.... this has been going on for over a week! It needs to be fixed ASAP!
