I use this almost exclusively for my banking. It does exactly what I need it to do.
I recently discovered a new feature involving bill pay payees. You can edit and delete. The only issue I have with that is the app closes itself every time you submit to delete a payee. It will delete the payee, but you have to fully reopen the app to continue.
Always double check your mobile deposits.
I have used this app for checking balances and depositing checks. I recently found out that one of the check from an insurance company was rejected. I went to the banking center and I was told There was no notes as to why it was rejected. She then mentioned that another $100 money order was rejected about 6months ago and she couldn’t tell me why it was rejected. I never received any alert or email. I will never used the mobile deposit again.
As any SEFCU member knows, they have amazing customer service. This 5-star quality is also found on there app. I can do anything I need to and it’s easy! Transferring money, depositing checks, paying bills... it’s all seamless.
