Helps a lot

This is a very good app for seeing how your moods line up and can help you understand any emotional problems you may be having.

My only complaint is that you can't set your own times for it to remind you to check in- you get the option for 8am, 1pm, 8pm, every 24 hours, and every 3 hours. I would prefer to set my own times- otherwise I just remember to check in when I'm angry or sad and that skews the data

My moods have been all over the place lately. I downloaded this app in an attempt to track them. It’s actually helping quite a bit, as I see my triggers in an easy to read chart. This app makes self care and relaxing when I need to a lot easier.
