Misleading and poor service
I used this service to attempt to rectify a terrible flying experience as it was advertised. They were able to get me 100 dollars refunded however did not state that this voucher had an expiration period. When I emailed to say I was unable to access my voucher was the first time I was informed of this expiration period was when I was told there was nothing that could be done to retrieve this voucher. They offered to refund HALF of the fee charged to me for this voucher I couldn't use. When I asked them to confirm what credit card it was being refunded to (which generally a company should confirm before any action) I was informed it was sent to an account that was closed. At this point they more or less said there was nothing they could do and I should contact by previous bank. So in the end I paid 30 dollars for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend at all.

Made my bad experience worse.
I signed up after a terrible flying experience with an airline I will never fly again, hoping to receive a refund for my flight. Service didn’t get me a refund for the flight, but got me 1,000 miles for this company I will never use. They never verified whether this was alright with me, and when I reached out to them to let them know that I would rather have nothing than these miles, their response was “oh well- we’ve already given you the miles and we still expect to be paid our fee.” Never heard back after that. So thanks for doubling down on my awful experience for me.

Already earned a voucher
I signed up for an annual subscription about two weeks ago and already have earned back the subscription fee in flight vouchers and more. Plus I have a whole year to keep earning more. I’m a frequent traveler so I’m sure more of my flights will get delayed or canceled soon and I’ll have plenty more chances to get compensated by the airline for the inconvenience. Happy so far!
