Seriously the worst service application out there


If there was any one application to make a contractors job harder.....servicebench gets the gold. It has a layout that looks like my 1st graders computer games. The app is just as bad as the online site. They claim it makes working easier when in fact entering information you get to figure out what box of 50 is the right one. Repeating information. Never syncs. Calls disappear then reappear after closing and opening. Anyone that wants to develop a better app, they won’t have to work too hard.

Worst POS garbage that invaded service field!!!


Terrible, terrible, terrible garbage! I despise this program so much! Every time I have to open this POS, my blood pressure going up! Service bench is such a garbage!!! Cannot save, cannot update, constant error messages to no end in sight! I have to write everything over and over again and again! The point of this POS is to stress, irritate, frustrate, and infuriate service providers who’s using this POS!!!

They make it sound easy in the learning videos however when you get to the job site is very stressful to try and navigate through this it would be easier if they had it highlighted windows as you’re going through the process I can’t even complete the job or submit a bill it says approved and I’m stuck help
