Robust app

The app is very robust and once implemented properly, it's a huge time saver. Implementation can be a little difficult, especially the forms. Their ticketing system for issues does leave a little to be desired. It took two weeks to get an issue resolved but they finally did. Overall, we're happy with it. Just eager to get the kinks worked out for deployment so we can take advantage of what it offers.

No app is perfect, but this one has been as close as they come. Been using it for my small business for over a year. Very stable. Saves lots of time. Best job management app!

You can pay lots of money for something with more features, but for most small-to-medium businesses, this is all you need.

Crappy app. I spent 2 hours trying to use it to send a quote to no avail. So I downloaded “Invoice Simple” and had it sent to the client in 5 minutes.

Thanks for wasted my time.
