Works fine.

Log in to your ServInt Portal account, view tickets (and respond), log in to your WebHost Manager, log in to cPanels for hosted servers, … it all works fine. Isn't the prettiest, and it's not the fastest, but I don't need pretty to get work done. [Using on iPhone 4S on iOS 6.1.1]

In a future update I'd love to see attachments work in the support ticket area. Opened a ticket, the support staff responded quickly (as usual) but they pointed to a screenshot which was not available on the mobile app. When I checked from my computer I could see the attachment in the support ticket. Otherwise, all's good.

Decent, no frills app

Good, basic functionality. However, I also think push notifications of support replies would be a great, useful addition. Would also like some sort of basic service monitor built-in (and access to the existing server graphs--you could do some really cool thing with data presentation here) to instantly let you see the status of the server from inside the app.

I really only use the app after I open a support ticket to monitor replies on the go. If there was some added functionality, I'd definitely use it more.

A good start

The app works fine enough once you're logged in. I can review my tickets and even reply. However, there is no push notification of updates to tickets, so you're left constantly having to open the app or check your email. Second, there is no easy way to login once your session has timed out. It would be ideal if a security pin could unlock the account to quickly gain access to the support tickets.
