Amazing App!

I started using this app exactly a month ago. Since I've lost 20 pounds by multiplying my circuits adding one more every week. Currently I'm up to 5 circuits. I'm so very happy with this app, it has helped me lose weight and gain happiness in my life by using the many workouts this app provides as well as eating healthy. This app has been updated constantly with many suggestions incorporated. Great app for staying in shape if you're busy like me. Lots of options for targeting particular fitness goals for way less money than a gym membership. If you just want to stay in shape, or even to supplement a more rigorous fitness lifestyle, check it out.
