Not convinced it works, very basic
So far, it doesn't seem to have made any difference for me. I'm glad I got it while it was free, otherwise I would have hated the waste of money. The other reviews (all five star) were another reason I tried it, but on closer inspection, it seems a lot of the reviewers haven't reviewed other apps, so their reliability is suspect.
Whether or not it works, what's undeniable is that this is a really basic app. You start it up and pick one of the three options. When you wake, close the window. That's all you can do. What it needs is to become an all-in-one sleep app. Specifically, if it can help you fall asleep, it should be able to help you wake up. It needs an alarm function to turn it off 20 or 30 minutes before your wake time, then wake you with a beeping alarm or a selection from your music library. I shouldn't have to run two separate apps to sleep and wake. Especially for the "power nap" mode, where it should automatically set an alarm for 20 minutes (the recommended maximum for daytime naps) so you don't have to remember to do it.

okay so now that winter break was over and i was trying to get into a sleep schedule. the night before i went to bed at 1:20ish AM. but last night, i turned the app on at 10:25pm and was out by 10:50ish. it actually is amazing. i always choose the night sleep mode and the waves go from earphone to earphone and before i know it i'm asleep. every night i turn this on and it's a real life saver!!!!!!!!! 10/10 would most defiantly recommend!!!

It was already 11PM and I had to be up by 4AM to head over for a one-day ski trip to Tahoe. Again I could not fall asleep, too much excitement I guess… So I tried the app for the first time, using the night sleep mode. Nothing at first. So I closed my eyes, and let the sound take over. 15 minutes later I was out dreaming. Thank god I remembered to put the alarm on before listening, or I would have missed on an epic ski day! Thank you shhh!
