Learn from HotSchedules
Let me preface by saying I'd give this app no or negative stars if that were an option.
This app is awful. Let me count the ways:
**Can't change your availability from your phone
**ZERO push notifications for upcoming shifts
**Buggy interface when trying to exchange shifts
Those are just a few things wrong. The competition, HotSchedules, has a superior product - which might be a paid app, but it works and has features in line with the 21st century not the Dark Ages (when this was developed).
You can't even request the desktop site (which is also garbage as well) anymore as a workaround to any of the app's shortcomings.
I got this app, so I wouldn't need my PC or laptop with me all of the time to deal with work scheduling. It hasn't done that at all.
This app is nothing but a work calendar for me and provides no other productivity besides that purpose.
Iwanna be a social media company😭😭
Cant do much in the way of anything on this app. Used to be able to do most stuff on the webpage on pc or droid, and they could get you there on iphone. Then they did an update awhile back so the mobile webpage IS the app and is more or less useless for the one thing it's needed for, which is setting shift availabilities. They also eliminated the tech help windows incase it wasn't disappointing enough to begin with. You sure can chat on the company wall and message ppl though!!!
Be a shiftplanner. I have social media outlets.
This is the coolest app ever I love being able to communicate with my coworkers from it. Check my work email, schedule, pickup shifts,etc. definitely worth downloading and giving it a try!
