CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS
SHOCK is taking women's health and fitness to the next level by designing exercise programs that push you within your limits. Tell us about you, your goals and current fitness level, and we'll come up with a personalized training program just for you! If you feel like the level of difficulty isn’t quite right, you can change your training program at any time.
Strength circuits use a mixture of bodyweight and minimal equipment exercises. Enjoy beginner fitness workouts at home or advanced gym workouts.
We use two styles of cardio: low-intensity (LISS) and high-intensity (HIIT). Our automatic interval timer will help you burn more calories in a shorter amount of time without the hassle of tracking your intervals.
MONITOR YOUR HEART RATE
SHOCK uses a unique formula to determine your target heart rate for each training zone. If you use a device other than an Apple Watch you can easily input data from other devices using our built-in slider scale. If you don’t have a device to monitor heart rate, the app will measure the rate of perceived exertion (RPE) to determine your effort. You’ll receive feedback based on this information to let you know if you’re on track or need to pick up the pace!
APPLE WATCH + MUSIC
SHOCK is fully compatible with Apple Watch. Wrist taps, vibrations, and sound alerts notify you when it’s time to change exercises. Turn up the volume and power through your workout jamming to your favorite beats or one of our playlists.
SHOCK integrates with Apple's Healthkit. The app will provide heart rate for all exercise and workouts. SHOCK uses Apple's Core Motion to count step metrics and track distance during cardio workouts.
**Subscription Pricing & Terms**
The SHOCK: Women's Fitness App is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Customers who choose any of our subscription options are eligible for a free 7-day free trial period.
We offer 3 subscription plans including Monthly (1 month), Quarterly (3 months), and Annual (12 months). Unless canceled or auto-renew is turned off 24-hours before the end of the subscription term or the 7-day trial period, you will be billed automatically at a rate based on your chosen subscription plan at the end of the free 7-day trial or on your subscription renewal date.
You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase or trial start. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of your term.

Love this workout app
I have struggled to find a good workout app and I’m also the type of person where I can loose interest quickly. About 2 years ago I joined Orangetheory Fitness. It was great it got me on track with fitness and it was something I can stick to because it wasn’t boring. Every class was different. The only thing that made me quit after about a year was it was very expensive and it was adding up. I tried to find a way to have that Orangetheory style workout at home. I tried other apps including the popular Sweat app but wasn’t able to stick to it. Something was missing. When I saw the ad for the shock app I downloaded it and was like ok let me give this one a try for the free week. I was hooked after a couple days. I was so happy that this has been something I was looking for. I have now stuck with a routine workout using this app for about a month now. I know it’s still a short period but it feels like an app I will stick to for a while. My only suggestion for any future updates is for some moves I look at the alternative move I wish there was a way of when you begin the workout to have the alternative show so that way you don’t have to remember back at what was the alternative move for this one? I hope it makes sense. But otherwise it’s a great app. I already recommended this app to my coworkers who are trying to get back in shape and can’t go to the gym because they have small kids.

The future..has it all!
This fitness app is like nothing I’ve seen. I believe this is the future. This app demonstrates exercises, movements that target every area of my body and several training programs are available to address my different fitness goals. It is the most comprehensive exercise program I’ve ever been through. The trainer/model DEMONSTRATES correct posture, form and precise movement to increase effectiveness and to avoid injury and detailed written instructions are provided if needed. Muscle groups are isolated. The professional trainer who designed this training app has rehabilitated and trained professional athletes and now I have access to his knowledge and expertise through this app! ..
The price makes it available to everyone... Im surprised...because I’d pay three times this...in fact lower level gym trainers will charge 3X this! If you want 24/7 access to a professional fitness trainer, who is teaching the same exercises he developed for his famous clientele..you want this "Shock" app. There is nothing like it...This is the future in fitness training.

Love the Apple Watch Integration!
I’ve been working out for years and I’ve used SO MANY apps. SHOCK is my new favorite!!! I actually bought an Apple Watch just so I could use the heart-rate feature in SHOCK and get feedback during my workouts…it def worth it. This app has 4 levels with workouts that are full of variety. I had to change my training level from level 4 to level 3, I found level 4 to be too hard, but level 3 fits me perfect! I workout from home 80% of the time, SHOCK is very adaptable to your environment whether your at home or have a gym membership.
The app gives you a heart rate goal for each circuit, at the end of each circuit the app tells you whether you met your heart rate goal, and, if you didn’t, it even provides you feedback to help you during the next circuit! I LOVE the challenge workouts, each challenge offers a lot of core exercises, I can already see a difference in my abs! I’ve taken progress pictures each week and can’t wait to look back at my change in 8 weeks!
