Yang mind coach

Shopify has become as effective or even more than the famous apple customer service. It’s really really good. Congratulations on that effort.
However, I have an issue with the eBay app that No one, and I am talking about more than 10 gurus, has been been able to resolve.
They just point me that eBay can take care of that, while eBay says it’s not in their end the issue. They say if products can not be found on the eBay app (all products added from Oberlo to Shopify are visible under products but not found under “eBays products ready to be published”) then eBay should take care of that. While that’s not true. eBay can not enter a Shopify account to do anything. I know it’s on Shopify. But not even the most expert ones can help. The problem is that, 100% of my inventory sold through eBay. None from Shopify. So, I need my best products to appear there. No question. Or I would lose money.
My wife also ha issues with the Shopify- EBay interacción. And still can’t sale through eBay. Can’t even add any product there.
What’s the solution? Should Shopify still claim having eBay as an app? Or is this the end? If so, I believe it would be easier just having an eBay account... and save $30/ m on Shopify, wether you sell or not...

The worst

Jones style

These guys keep updating the app almost every week to purge all the negative reviews. Then they have members of their dev team write a couple of positive reviews so when u see the new update all u see are positive reviews and u think “oh this looks good” but its terrible. The new purple theme with flowers is appalling. Stop updating and changing things that dont need to be changed. Its a total waste of time and money to change the aesthetics of things. You instead need to be focusing on things that matter to ecommerce store owners. As a store owner how does anything you’ve done make me more money? Improve my conversion rates? If what you are doing does not translate into more business coming my way then objectively it DOES NOT have any value to me. Improved SEO, increased web traffic, and increased sales are the only things that matter to me and anyone else who sells anything online. That is how u add value to your customers, ya know those people that pay you, its not adding more colors and flowers to the theme. Get it together!!

Great, it’s ok with me

It’s really great in theory and it does so so so much. I am pretty intelligent and can figure out quite a bit so it’s easy enough to build a site. People who really know computers would be able to do even more. It’s as expensive as anywhere, not super expensive or really inexpensive.. I believe it to be financially manageable for a start up small business.

The only thing that would be helpful is a support live person. I know you can buy a helper and a Facebook/instagram “kit” is free but he is not able to find out why certain things happen. Most I can figure out so written support is abundant but a live voice to check in would be really nice .
