Version 4.5.0

This update adds a brand new Transactions tab to your Pocket app! This addition puts the convenience of the BackOffice Transactions Table right in the palm of your hand, allowing you to browse all of your transactions and then tap to see the receipt. The current home screen remains the default and has been renamed the Dashboard tab. You can now easily navigate between the Dashboard and the Transactions tab via navigation at the bottom of the app.

As always, there are also a number of key bug fixes and performance improvements to help keep Pocket running smoothly and efficiently!

I am going to assume that with all the comments about wanting back the features you took away for V2 that my comments are unnecessary. However, I will make them anyway. First of all, we love the app and being able to see what is going on when we cannot actually be in the restaurant since the BackOffice is not as mobile-friendly. We love that we can now go back further than before to make comparisons on sales each day-that is an awesome update. And being able to see the numbers on the graph on the weekends when we are home with our kids, especially in a busy lunch-time restaurant, let us know if we needed to go in and offer support to our staff at a particular time in the day. I am really not sure why anyone would think that it would be a good idea to remove that feature-do you not consult with your actual clients/users in all different establishments to find out what we value before you "update"? Please do so the next time. This is driving me crazy not being able to view what is happening in real-time! I also do not understand the rationalization of taking away the credit card transaction information! Goodness. Fortunately my husband did not update his Shopkeep app to V2 so he is still able to see all of this information, for now. Looking forward to having this all fixed! Thank you ShopKeep.

I know it's been said but I also feel compelled to say something...The pocket app is one of the reasons Shopkeep was our choice over others when we shopped for POS systems. I understand how these updates could be valuable to someone, particularly since back office is tiny (but still completely functional! on a mobile device) and I do like the ability to compare today to the "same Thursday last year" but that is not as helpful of a real-time feature (which most of us use mobile for)and would be a more helpful back office addition. The old version was easy to look at, and in the absence of labor percentage tracking (which would have been a great addition, btw!) the hourly graph was the best substitution that we had to make decisions on both our staffing and our time as owners. The loss of this feature is incredibly frustrating!! I'm glad to see from the comments below that it may be brought back, and I hope that it is soon, it was a useful tool and it's loss has seriously impacted my day to day operations! I would also LOVE to see a real time labor percentage added to the reports- (that is the one huge feature we lost when we left our old POS for Shopkeep). Thanks for your time.

I don't mind the updates in how the reports are shown; BUT YOU JUST DROPPED THE TWO FEATURES I USE THE MOST!!!
1) Please give me back the hour by hour graph of my sales activity. I monitor my staffing I. Real time with this feature. This is the most valuable component of the ap! 2) where did the details of sales go by cash, credit, certificate go? This is what I used second most! I can actually tell my customer base by the tender they use and it lets me know who's coming into my shop and how I am staffed to meet those needs.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE return these features OR give me back pocket version 1 so I can use either version for my needs.

Having the two above features in the ap, verses the back office, is what allows me to stay connected to my business through my phone, in real time, and being most responsive.

You made your product worse, not better, for me. It's almost as if you're designing for a store with inventory items; there is much you are missing for me, an independent coffeehouse that only keeps supplies not inventory and whose business is driven by service/personnel.

Please, someone in engineering, look up my account, review my emails and call me if you would like to make your product versatile enough to be responsive and practical to the service industry.
