Great!

Jim has created an Awesome workout program here. I have been lifting consistently for at least 10+ years now and have been in the Army for almost 8 years. As a Team Sergeant and a physical fitness coordinator and director I have honestly stuck to my own known effective workout routines however, sometimes you just need a change up, and for me this was it!!! Great micro cycling program with lots of muscle confusion which in my opinion is key! So if your looking for something new and effective!! Give this a Shot! Thanks Jim!
