Hell yes!

How could it be bad, it guides you from you couch and give you something to prepare for rather than going to the gym without a plan.

Informative, motivating, efficient, and reliable

You don't necessarily need to follow it to a tee, everyone is different so just go with your flow. I don't know what to do at the gym and this app informs me how to do proper form and gives me instructions on how many sets / reps but I also adjust to what time I have and what works for me. I recommend it especially for beginners. Very simple and easy to use!
