ShotClock is an iPad app that focuses you on one task at a time, helping you accomplish more at a faster pace.
Everyone gets overwhelmed by daily tasks from time to time. Your mood, stress, or any other outside distraction can cause you to lose track of time, or even forget something entirely. At the end of the day, you could end up in the very spot you feared you’d be in.
ShotClock aims to prevent this by keeping you focused on accomplishing one of your tasks at a time, with a timer. It’s simple, but it works. The combination of momentum and focus will keep you on point, enabling you to check off one item after another. Humans aren’t multi-taskers, we’re wired to work sequentially. Working in such a matter (coupled with proper time management) can end up saving you a lot stress, and even help you finish faster.
With ShotClock, you turn your cluttered mental to-do list into a neat timeline. Complete one timed task at a time, and move on to the next one. Boom, boom, boom, and you’re done.

Only works in Full Screen, No Audible Alarm
This is a nicely designed app and works well in full screen mode (no options for audible alarms though - alarm is visual only), but when I tried it minimized, the timer continued for a little while and then stopped. When I reopened it, the timer continued but there was no completion screen when it finished. If this worked while other apps were running I would have given it five stars.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
