My shoulder has been hurting for weeks. After reading about it on the web, all I could think of were all these terrible things that it could be, and that I would for sure need surgery. Thank god i paid for this app!! It had a very straight-forward, step by step approach. I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong--I was using my arm in the wrong position. I'm better now!!!!
My rotator cuff is injured. This app does not show where it hurts. I could have been fine with that if there were decent exercises. There is ONE exercise.
I was hoping a set if exercises that I could have as a reminder when I'm not home. One.
I'm glad other reviewers felt this was a great app but I'm quite disappointed.
Don't waste your money
I have a labrum issue. This injury is not even discussed. There is no real information and all they are trying to do is take your money. You will not get any information about your injury, and you will not be able to figure out what is wrong. SCAM!
