This iPad app is part of a Sign4Compliance platform which facilitates Spend Reporting and HCP Attendance compliance for Sunshine Act mandates and CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services) reporting.
The Sign4Compliance Platform captures and organizes full Registrant Information, Identification, Meeting Costs, and Attendance data applicable for compliance with the Sunshine Act.
The iPad app is a portion of an entire Portal system. The iPad portion features an NPI look-up utility, confirms attendance or acceptance via a participant’s signature. The signature and other participant information are electronically stored and reported. It also provides "Did Not Consume" data capture.
When used for meetings, attendees can be added/updated via the iPad App or via a Meeting management Web Portal (sign4compliance.com). The Website allows for creation of events and management of registrants as well as full reporting functionality. The Web Portal provides all information collected via report download or direct linkage into your CRM, aggregate spend, or other internal data systems.
