This latest update has some helpful new functionality: your support messages are now linked to (*booming voice with echo*) THE VAST LIBRARY OF SIMPLE SUPPORT ARTICLES! As you type a support message, a tiny digital librarian will instantly recommend articles we think might help you out.
Even though we love hearing from you and a real person will always answer support messages as soon as possible, we hope you’ll find this to be a nice way to get help right away.

Been using as primary checking account replacement for just over 4 months. The customer support is exceptional in every aspect from support articles in the app to dialing a number and talking to a real person immediately! The transactions process immediately nearly every time and show you the information about location along with the ability to add a note and categorize each immediately. Save money easily and automatically and show you what is safe to spend by inputting bills and expenses. Amazing replacement for the traditional checking account with NO FEES ever! Perfect for anyone that isn't very good at saving money and managing money! My only negative is that they don't support early direct deposit from employers like other banks or prepaid cards (Rush Card, Southern Bancorp, Green Dot Walmart Money Card, etc.) Pay check deposits early morning on payday. Apply for an account, you won't be disappointed!
Thank you guys so much for making banking so simple! No pun intended. I appreciate this update however I would definitely like to see some future enhancements to the app. Especially when it comes to banking specific features. Like scheduled transfers, The ability to toggle email and push notifications and so on. Another really cool feature would be if instead of me having to write the account number on the back of the check when making a deposit, if I had the option to just place the number and a designated field. Also, why can't I sign the check using my phone? This feature is supported worldwide! Why not here? 3-D Touch would be an awesome feature to have! A shortcut to deposit a check or make an instant transfer, that would be great! I hope to see these features implemented in the very near future. Keep up the good work! But there's considerable room for improvement left!!
The app itself looks great, but I will end up never using it. Immediately after I initiated my first transfer, they sent me a text stating that my account was frozen and provided absolutely no reason for it. They are now requesting additional information including financial history and statements from my linked accounts, and are refusing to close the account or allow me to access or even transfer back the $2K that I just transferred in. The online customer service is slow to respond and downright frustrating. The toll free customer service is even more frustrating as it feels like you’re talking to high school interns. Still have no resolution to my problem as they have basically responded that my money is locked with them until I provide them with the financial information they are requesting. This really is not a financial institution anyone should trust with their money or financial records and reputation. I’ll update the review as my nightmare with this app continues.
