Mary and Richard bring over 30 years of meditation practice and teaching to the creation of their guided meditations and music. In addition to teaching meditation, Mary has worked in both conventional and alternative settings as a counselor and healing arts practitioner. Richard has played and composed music all of his life. His music is composed especially for meditation, relaxation and healing.

I always get a lot out of the guided meditations of the Madduxs. The narrator has a nice gentle voice and is NOT intrusive and the gentle reminder that thought coming in are always okay just don’t grab on to them. That can be a very difficult thing to accept but once you have that handled, you’re good to go. Highly recommended.
I am a therapist and am always looking for new ways to use meditation with clients. I like that there are seperate controls for voice and music. The varying lengths of the meditations allows anyone to start out slowly and build up to a place where they can comfortably practice meditation for longer periods of time.
Waste of a dollar
this app is completely pointless and unnecessary. it's basically just her voice, with the option of nature sounds or music in the background, reading out the "meditation guide" on the right, and then saying "simply be" every five minutes. because the speaking is so sporadic and vague it becomes a disruptance if you are really trying to meditate.
