Awesome for Beginners

As a 22 year old who had never taken part in yoga but always had an interest, this app showed me exactly what I was missing! I have always been small and at a little less than average weight, so I never THOUGHT I needed to work out or exercise. I was so wrong. I also thought it was a huge lie when people would talk about getting a "high" post work out. These guided videos leave me feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated. I have horrible anxiety and abnormally high stress levels and I actually feel CALM after a 20 or 40 min session. If you're looking for something that isn't extremely painful workouts or ones that have you sweating 10. minutes in, and you aren't much of an active person, try this app. I love that it gives me a daily reminder when it is time for my session. Only downfall is that you can only do two variations (20 or 40 min) unless you want to buy more. This isn't necessarily an app I would pay for, I just love having the peace of mind that I did SOMETHING healthy/active once a day. Would certainly recommend!

Excellent for moms with young babies

I have read the reviews that caution against improper transitions and the risk of injury without proper coaching on positioning. With that said, I am a beginner with a 17 month old driving his car up and down my very overweight body as I try to seriously hold bridge pose, or anything else for that matter. I love this app because of the ease for understanding, easy position, simple video, calm voice, and clear instructions. Perhaps when I have more time to learn proper position without also doubling as a racetrack, I will find something else. For now, this perfect for me. Oh, and if you need more time, press pause. I guess that doesn't bother me since I'm a racetrack anyway.

Perfect for my demanding schedule

I love this app. It has saved me so often.

I fell in love with yoga with Steve Ross several years ago. I enjoyed my early morning workout each day but the programming changed and he was out of my life. No videos available; nothing.

My love of yoga began and ended there until this wonderful app. I am able to access it whether I am at home or on travel. I am known to keep irregular hours, so when I wake up very early in the morning I go right to it. I am quickly approaching the age of 50 and I often wake from a full night's sleep stiff and uncomfortable. I get my morning cup of Joe and get in the floor and once I've completed my workout I am stretched and happy, ready to greet the day with a smile.

Yoga is perfect for me and with this app I can enjoy a workout that suites me as well. No matter what time I am ready or where I am located I can always know my workout will not suffer. Thank you for saving me so much stress and pain by bringing this workout to me. Did I mention I love it?
