Explore the exciting world of SirMania. Kids will have a lot of fun looking for hidden secrets.
"SirMania was made by us, Tom and Anja from Norway. We are a couple that wanted to create a fun and educational children's game with many hidden secrets.
We created this game in 2012 and it went straight to the top in Norway. Now, 6 years later, SirMania is still one of the most popular children's apps in Norway. During these years we have also been fortunate enough to get two lovely boys, 2 and 4 yo. It is so amazing and rewarding to see them play and enjoy this game today. Our boys have come up with new ideas that we are implementing in SirMania. They also have new ideas that include ninja-robot-dragons and huge volcanos, but that will be a different app."

Hilarious and FUN and Educational too!
I really enjoyed this app. It is totally different than any app (learning or fun) out there. It's interactive and downright juvenile but I mean that in a complimentary way. It's what makes it appealing in the first place. Do not let the graphics fool you sort of thing. The voices used are no different than being silly and the feedback generated when you did/do something correctly was/is great. That helps a lot. I find myself drawn to this app. My kids love it. I would love to see more puzzles etc added (although I get that you get some to open the more you do the games over - sometimes it is hard for a child to repetitively play them 10x etc). I would love to see more and more added in the future. I just really enjoyed that it was on my kids' wavelength and while that snickered and laughed they learned something. I was not too sure about the 'flatulence at first' but it just goes with this app and for my two at their ages it is all about that and you can't help but laugh at it. Maybe it depends on your humor or if you have one but it is something I can sit down with my kids have a laugh and know that they had fun putting puzzles together / hide n seek or counting. I found it delightful.
Overall Good App
The things that I like about the app are that the sounds and images are engaging to children. It is easy to figure out what to do on each board of the ten games. It is a fun app with a nice way of approaching beginning counting, reading, solving puzzles, matching and learning how to follow simple directions. It can hold the interest of children and engage them in learning and playing; which is always a great thing. The games are fun, the children do learn colors, counting and animals and this app has a lot of potential.
I especially love that when you need to locate the rats, mouse or weasel it will shine a light around the animal in case the child does not see it. I think that this app has potential to young children early skills. I do think the game can use some changes in order to make it feasible for all children to use it and be completely engaged no matter how many times they play it but the games themselves are a lot of fun. Overall it is a good app.
Great app with many levels for young learners
I loved the the graphics, the interactive games, and the positive reinforcement offered to the user at the start. My children, ages 3, 6, and 7 loved mastering each level. The digital voice was well liked by my children. The tasks were set up to allow kids to succeed. They got faster each time they played the game, which has been over 10 times, since they have unlocked the bonus memory game now. Visual scanning, counting, colors, early reading, cause effect, and memory are a few skills that this app addresses. I can choose to go through all levels in the game or specific ones.
I would like to see:
An exit button at each level
A way to turn off the fart noises and pooping birds when I use this with students
The ability to add increased contract in the white weasel picture, so that students can find the weasel more easily
Overall, I really like this app for both my own children the students I work with in therapy in school. It specifically would help with early reading, counting, matching, memory, fine moor coordination, visual scanning and the visual discrimination. I would recommend this app to others who have or work with children preschool to kindergarten age.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
