Sit Up Straight helps you to maintain a proper posture while working on computer. If you start to slouch, a screen overlay and sound notification will remind you to correct your posture.
The app uses computer's camera to set up and assess your posture while you work on computer. Once you set up a "baseline" posture, the app analyzes your posture and displays it in the form of a stick figure in menu bar.
With three different modes available, you can choose between three modes:
Live - The camera constantly tracks your posture over time,
Custom Intervals - The camera analyzes your posture at predefined time intervals (e.g. every 2 minutes),
Manual - Posture check is triggered manually with a system wide shortcut or from the menu bar.
Sit Up Straight can be disabled or paused at any time and there are various settings and presets to customize the app.
Added presets popover to Preferences window to easily create/activate predefined baseline(s).
Presets can be activated from the menu bar.
Added 'Clear History' button to History window toolbar.
Preferences window now appears on top of the other windows.

Works great. Screen will e overlayed with Red and a small sound when I’m leaning in. Have been trying for ways to stop this bad behavior for a long time and this has been very helpful.
